Respondent Invitations

One of the many standard Confirmit features found in Confirmit Express is the capability to send custom invitations to your respondents. This element of Confirmit Express is available for all surveys that have been limited to respondents that receive a survey invitation.

In the Invite Respondents tab, you can easily add respondents’ email addresses, customize the invitation message they will receive and manage email reminder message settings.

For new users or those requiring refresher tips, convenient demos appear next to section headers throughout the Confirmit Express interface. After a brief tutorial, you and your team can quickly implement the details needed to send your survey invitations.

The following features apply when survey type is set to Survey Link by Email.

Respondent list

• A respondent list consists of respondents’ email addresses and any pre-populated answers (e.g. demographics) if this is chosen under Survey type.
• To create a list in Confirmit Express, one of the following methods can be used:
• Enter one by one
• Copy & paste
• Upload text file

Respondent tracking

• Track individual responses
• Email address is included in the response data, making it possible to track
  each answer back to the respondent

Survey emailing

• Create email by entering
• Sender address
• Reply to address
• Display name
• Subject
• Body / Content
• Preview and send email
• Send reminder email to respondents who have not completed the survey
